The memorial hall of the general Luo Binghui is located in the lakeside of Luoze River in Yiliang County of Yunnan province. Some of the foreigners who come to study in China may be told that it was constructed in 1991. With an architecture area of 500 square meters, the exhibition hall is a three-storied building, in which the materials and pictures about general Liu are displayed.
